Greetings to you all; I am very happy to see you here with me...

SUMMER RETREAT follows the same pattern you have learned and practised so well during WINTER RETREAT.
It is structured to fit into your daily life wherever you are.
It takes as much time as you have chosen to spend on you: some days maybe 15 minutes; other days maybe 30 minutes; it all counts!
It is a personal time you set aside to nourish your body and mind; it is something you do to grow and expand into, who you truly are.
Things happen in life but do not get discouraged; slow down a bit, do as much as you can, and when the pressure eases a bit, get back into the swing of things again.
Thank you all for joining me on this precious journey of beauty and growth; real beauty comes from within and true beauty comes from a good, kind, compassionate heart and a positive mind set.
That is the inner beauty, we are here for; that is what really counts...
