WHAT is healthy food?
I strongly recommend a VEGAN diet as the optimal choice for weight management. These days there are many delicious options to choose from, and I encourage you to explore those to the fullest.
Of course, the best food is homegrown. According to your situation, please consider growing some greens. Nothing tastes as good as freshly picked parsley and tomatoes, just to mention a few of my favourites...
WHEN is it best to eat?
The main meal should be between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., which probably comes as a chock to you. It is a fact, the digestive enzymes become significantly lesser and weaker later in the day. Try a light salad for dinner, with some protein drinks and smoothies. Fluids are easier digested than solid foods.
Breakfast is important, best before 6 a.m., if you can.
Intermittent fasting works for some, but that also takes some time to adjust to.
HOW is it best to eat?
Eat slowly, chew well, be alone or have a pleasant conversation with people, you like and feel comfortable around.
Please, turn off electronic devices while eating.
WHERE is it best to eat?
If possible, set a nice table with a candle, maybe a few flowers, just to make it pretty.
HOW MUCH is it good to eat?
Adjust your portions according to the size of your stomach. We need far less, than we think. The body is under very heavy strain and stress when it has to turn nutrients into nutrition, break down the matter and transport it to, where it is needed.
