THE HUMAN MIND/BRAIN COMPLEX

The human MIND/BRAIN COMPLEX is focusing on adults, determined as those over 25 years of age.

Around that age, which might show some variations across the board, the last part of the maturation of the human brain takes place.
Not surprisingly, it is the latest development, the Prefrontal areas, which takes the longest to complete.
Myelin, a "fatty substance"is enveloping the neurons around that age, furthering communication and speed of neural activity.

There are three parts to this MIND/BRAIN COMPLEX area of research, which is somewhat of a lifelong brain child (no pun intended) for me:

The human BRAIN, which is a physically located organ inside our head.

Human GENETICS, which is roughly what every single one of us is born with; EPIGENETICS, which is what we do with the GENETICS we have.

The HUMAN MIND which is not physically located, but is strongly connected to the brain as energy, attention, awareness, consciousness.

It is my wish to see those three interwoven into a gentle and respectful way of creating our own life:
