SURYA NAMASHKAR, "Salutions to the Sun" is for me the embodiment of appreciation of the Sun, who gives light to us all.

The Sun does not distinguish between anyone or anything, but shines to remind us of, who we all are within.

"Surya Namashkar" is an appreciation of our inner light.

It is my hope, this sequence will help touch the light of your heart, as it has mine, for decades and still does.
