Let us have a closer look at human health and well being, seen in the light of the consumption of animal protein, derived from mammals and birds; their flesh as well as their milk and eggs:
THE THREE MAIN CAUSES OF DEATH WORLD WIDE:
According to WHO, the three main causes of death, world-wide, are:
1) Cardiovascular Disease.
This comes from a hardening of the arteries, Atherosclerosis, which leads to the blocking of blood flowing through the body.
In the heart, it causes heart attack.
In the brain, it causes stroke.
In 2020 an estimated 20 million people died from some form of Cardiovascular disease.
2) Cancer
This can be found almost everywhere in and on the body. Cancer is a genetic disease, altering the way our cells grow and divide.
In 2020 an estimated 10 million people died from some form of cancer.
3) Respiratory Disease
This is a spectrum of diseases, which either block the airways with fluid or pus, or alter the cellular structure of the respiratory system
In 2020, an estimated 5 million people died from some form of respiratory disease (before COVID).
DIET AND DISEASE:
Diet plays a huge role in preventing, reversing and healing those three main killers. The food, we eat, can help us live healthy lives, or it can become main causes of death.
WHO has classified processed meat as CARCINOGENIC, something which is able to promote the formation of cancer. Leading cancer and diet authorities recommend to avoid processed meat, like: beef, bacon, ham, hot dogs, sausages, chicken, turkey and all other processed meat.
Red meat, dairy and eggs contain saturated fat plus Choline, which both increases metabolites, which build plaque in arteries.
All the four groups of intake from mammals and birds: meat, poultry, dairy and eggs contain high amount of drugs, which build up in the human body, leading to concerning levels of antibiotic resistance.
MEAT:
Red meat contains TMAO, which furthers blood clogging and the clogging of the arteries. It contains very high levels of saturated fat, and that alone is estimated to kill 1 mill people world-wide annually.
MILK:
There is evidence that milk from bovines might be a supporting cause of Parkinson's, of certain forms of cancer, of acne and of the much feared "Bovine Leukemia Virus."
Bovine milk has extreme amounts of growth hormones, and fat, intended for the calf to grow from 30 kilos at birth to 300 kilos after six months.
POULTRY:
Research indicates a high risk of cancer, when consuming poultry. Obesity follows, as well, and is contrary to the assumption that consuming "lean meat" should be healthier, which it is not. A certain form of paralysis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, has direct connection to the consumption of poultry.
EGGS:
Breast cancer and colon cancer seem to be dominant from this consumption, along with the much well known risk of high cholesterol. Research has shown the points of Cholesterol shoot up 50 points after eating eggs for only 10 days. Fatty deposits in the arteries build up, and might contribute to either Atherosclerosis or to some of it breaking off and causing heart attack/stroke.
SUMMARY:
One would presume that after destroying the planet and depleting the natural resources, as well as depositing enormous amounts of toxic waste, and after having millions of living, sentient, feeling beings suffer an ongoing Holocaust, there would be some benefit from this madness somewhere.
The clear answer is: NO.
Factory Farming, and all other forms of exploitation of mammals and birds, is nothing but an insane destruction of the planet, the cause of immense suffering for mammals and birds and the end result is destroying and degenerating the human health.
CONCLUSION:
Take responsibility for the planet, for the mammals and birds and for your own health: ADOPT A PLANT-BASED/VEGAN DIET.
