DENTAL CLEANING

DAILY ROUTINE:
As is the case in all aspects of life, a structure and schedule makes every day so much easier, even when we can not follow it 100%. It gives a framework and a guidance, and is part of establishing an anti-stress-life!

INTERMITTENT FASTING:
Unless your health care provider advises against it, intermittent fasting is for all healthy adults. Keeping a longer period with no consumption of food or drink, apart from water, gives the enamel and enzymes time to rest and recover. A gentle mouthwash might be of help, if your body "translates" the presence of enzymes in your mouth into "time-to-eat".

DAILY CLEANING:
Immediately after any meal, I clean my teeth with Inter Dental Brushes of all convenient sizes, use Mouthwash and then leave it there for 1 hour. This is because, right after a meal, the digestive enzymes in the mouth makes the enamel somewhat softer.

After one hour I clean, again, with my Inter Dental Brushes, this time using a mild toothpaste for every single one. Brushing is done with a good electric toothbrush, using different kinds of toothpaste during the day, interchanging.

DEEP CLEANING:
A miracle has happened in my life; I have been introduced to GBT-Therapy (Guided Biofilm Therapy). I strongly urge you to seek out a dental practise, which can provide this service for you. Believe me: you will not regret it!!!
