DENTAL HEALTH
We are used to brushing our teeth twice daily, maybe flushing or using mouthwash. The regular visit to the dentist and the hygienist are also part of our schedule.
There are, however, more to be said about DENTAL HEALTH than those good and necessary precautions, and as always, we must study and become knowledgeable about, what to discard and what to add.
WHAT TO AVOID:
All kinds of sugars are bad for the teeth, as are acids, which, unfortunately, are found in abundance in soft drinks.
Salts in processed foods might cause damage to your enamel, since it causes erosion to the calcium in your teeth.
Stress, yes you heard me right...stress is eating up your immune system, and what is left of that will, wisely, be used by the body, to keep core and central functions running. If your teeth seem to be deteriorating, maybe an anti-stress-dairy could help you to some clarity.
WHAT TO ADD:
Fresh produce, clean water, good supplements, especially those focusing on making your bones strong and healthy, will definitely help, as well as a stress free life...do whatever you can to make your daily life as simple, quiet, peaceful and natural as you possibly can.
As you will see from the two sections in this collection: DENTAL CLEANING and DENTAL MERIDIANS, a lot more can be done, to make you aware of the possibilities you have, at home, in your daily life, to take care of your teeth.
